1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing battlebooking.net, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. User Accounts and Profiles
To use certain features of the site, including submitting battle requests and messaging other creators, you may be required to register and create a profile.

You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and profile editing process.

We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

3. Match Scheduling and Booking
The platform provides a dashboard, request forms, and scheduling tools to organize live streaming competitions, box battles, and agency matches.

Coordination: Users are responsible for showing up to scheduled matches and communicating effectively with their opponents.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel a booked battle, you must use the provided dashboard tools to notify the opposing creator or agency in a timely manner.

Liability: battlebooking.net is a facilitation platform. We are not responsible for the outcome of the matches, the behavior of creators during live broadcasts on third-party platforms (like TikTok), or the distribution of any external prizes.

4. User Conduct and Messaging
You may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that for which we make the site available.
When using the internal chat widgets or direct messaging features, you agree not to:

Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any other user or creator.

Spam the booking system with fraudulent or automated battle requests.

Use the platform to advertise or offer to sell goods and services unrelated to creator battles and streams.

Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the site or the networks or services connected to the site.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs (including custom visual aesthetics, dark/neon UI elements, and CSS layouts), and graphics on the site are owned or controlled by us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Modifications and Interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the site, including downtime required to update dashboard code, messaging plugins, or booking interfaces.

7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Kingdom. battlebooking.net and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
